Hello, I'm Esther

A woman on a mission to build businesses that make a difference.

When I first came to London in 2005, I started off as administrative officer with Stage Coach London. I spent years learning the rhythm of this city and its people, but deep down, I knew I was meant for more. I later became a support worker, and that’s where everything changed.

Working closely with vulnerable adults, I discovered my passion for care. I learned the ins and outs of the industry, not from a textbook, but from real life—real stories, real challenges, and real people who needed real solutions. That’s what led me to launch my own supported living business, Enablement Care Services.

Since then, I’ve grown into the founder of the ECS Supported Living Franchise, where I now help others—especially women like me—launch their own CQC-registered supported living businesses. My goal is to empower others to build care services rooted in integrity, impact, and sustainability. But care is just one part of my world.

I’m the founder of House of Estree, an African fashion apparel hub serving both the UK and Nigeria—celebrating confidence, culture, and bold expression through style. I also run Estree Suites, a home and lifestyle business where affordable luxury meets intentional living.

From buses to boardrooms, from serving others to empowering entrepreneurs—I’ve built each business with heart, hustle, and a commitment to community.

Through my consultancy and mentorship programs, I now support aspiring business owners across different industries to launch with clarity, scale with strategy, and lead with purpose.
